Is It Safe To Eat Collagen Salami Casing

Last December, the student in the Master of Oceanography, Elena Pérez Martín, defended in court academic at the University of Cadiz, Master's thesis entitled, Study morphology of the inner shelf in the area between the beach and the Island Camposoto Sancti Petri (Continental Margin of the Gulf of Cadiz) , earning the Outstanding rating. This thesis Masters was directed by Dr. Juan Tomás Vázquez Garrido (IEO) and Dr. María del Carmen Fernández Puga (UCA).

The main objective of this study was the identification of existing morphologies in the inner shelf of the Gulf of Cadiz sector including beachfront Camposoto and Sancti Petri (San Fernando).

The data consist of data obtained with probe multibeam bathymetry of shallow waters which were taken during the campaign CADHYS0410, carried on board Odon de Buen the English Institute of Oceanography in the year 2010.

Both the campaign as this work is framed within the project CADHYS, draft Excellence Andalusia whose main objective is the study of fluid expulsion processes along the continental shelf of the Gulf of Cadiz.
